Absence Decimals Are Missing In Mobile Applications 10.0 (Doc ID 3074746.1)

When comparing Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) Self Service Absences pages and the "Absences" page in Mobile 10.0,
   - Absence accumulation decimals are missing in Mobile app "My Absences" summary table.

The expectation is for the hours to show in Mobile 10.0 the same as they do in OAF Self Service.

The issue can be replicated with the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Mobile 10.0 (jet) Employee Self Service > Absences page.
2. View the My Absences Summary table in Mobile and the Absence Management page in OAF Self Service (Employee Self Service > Absence Management).
3. See that Person has a balance with decimals in OAF Self Service, but Mobile 10.0 Absences only shows an integer without decimals.
