Title Issuer and Custodian Field Search should not have Discrepancy in Lease Center Form
STEPS
-----------------------
1) Go to Lease Center Responsibility > Contract > Asset > Registration
2) Click on ellipses
3) Input “%XXYY” in search field
4) Click Find
5) No values are returned
6) Input “%” in search field
7) Click Find
8) All values are returned
9) Input “%XXYY”
10) Click Find
11) All Possible Options including “XXYY” are retrieved as expected
