Symptoms
Getting below error while trying to open India Tax Details Form from Sales Order Form.

"FRM-40700.No Such Trigger :SPECIAL1_LOC"
The issue can be reproduced with below steps:
1. Navigate to India Local Order Management Responsibility->Orders->Sales Order.
2. Open any order and go to Tools->India Tax Details.
3. As soon as India Tax Details Form is clicked, error is observed.
