Symptoms
T4 is Missing Retiring Allowance value under Box 66
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to CA HRMS Manager >Total Compensation>Basic> Balance Query the balance "T4_OTHER_INFO_AMOUNT66"
2. Add the element "Retiring XX " under feed
3. Submit process Generate Run Balances to get all balances valid
4. Submitted Federal Year End PreProcess.
5. Check year end archive result . T4_OTHER_INFO_AMOUNT66 is missing the Retiring allowance value even SOE shows the correct amount
