Symptoms

The time entries are duplicating in the professional timecard (HXT) and this issue is occurring for many employees.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the “US OTL Application Developer” responsibility
2. Navigate to OTL Time Accounting
3. Entry/Validation/Approval
4. Search for the employee number  and affected Period End 
    Observe the duplicate entries in Professional timecard
