If Submit Lease For Approval By User With User Name Longer Than 30 Characters Workflow Not Initiated (Doc ID 3075330.1)

When logged in as user with user name that has more than 30 characters in user name and change Lease status from Draft to Submitted,
no approval workflow is initiated, no notification sent to approver.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with a username longer than 31 characters

2. Property Manager Responsability > Leases and documents > Main Lease > Enter Leases and Documents:
3. Query a Lease example
4. Change status from Draft to Submitted
5. Go to Worklfow Administrator Web Applications > Administrator Workflow > Status Monitor
No workflow is found
