Symptoms
In the Capital project form Expensed field is populated instead of CIP amount.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Projects responsibility.
2. Capitalization-> Capital Projects.
3. Check the CIP and expensed amount fields.
