Symptoms

When trying to discover EBS instance in Cloud Manager, it fails on below error :

Log file: attachEccNode.log

Authentication Error:

Failed to authenticate to the chef server (http 401).

[2025/03/03 00:46:22]:Utils::bootstrapTemplate: ERROR: ERROR occurred
[2025/03/03 00:46:22]:Utils::bootstrapTemplate: ERROR: EBSOC-01055 : Unable to set NAT IP attribute.

Changes

ECC is installed and configured on the same server on which EBS Application Tier is hosted.
