Unable to punchout to any supplier after the setup/access to the Punchout vendor URL/endpoints.

Unable to send the Login Request XML.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Iprocurement Responsibility
2. Select any of the suppliers to punchout
3. Error
