Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a supplier user is inactivated, any updates to the record sends a FYI: Your iSupplier Portal account with Vision Enterprise is disabled notification to the inactive user.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Log into E-Business Suite.
2. Open Payables responsibility and navigate to Supplier page.
3. Search for a particular supplier, open the Update Contact page, and open an inactive supplier user's record.
6. Enter (DO NOT CONTACT) in the last name field, and apply the changes. A FYI: Your iSupplier Portal account with Vision Enterprise is disabled notification is sent to the inactive user
