Symptoms

Order Organizer form does not show results for saved quires after upgrade from R12.1.3 to R12.2.12.

While Order Organizer Folder selecting and user trying to toggle to Lines "TAB" the application getting hangs and the application is not working.

Org A is showing orders from Org B instead of Org A orders when selecting the saved folders.
