On : 12.2.7 version, AD UTILITIES

When attempting to run adconfig.sh in database tier the following error occurs:

ERROR

You are running txkCreateEBSDirObj.sh version 120.0.12020000.1

STEPS

-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Source PDB env file

. ./<RDBMS ORACLE_HOME>/<CONTEXT_NAME>.env

2. cd $ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/scripts/<CONTEXT_NAME>/

sh <RDBMS ORACLE_HOME>/appsutil/scripts/<CONTEXT_NAME>/adautocfg.sh

Customer already tried solution from <Document 3058992.1> and still facing same issue.
