Incorrect Contact Name Shown In Supplier Pre-Qualification Questionnaire Assessment Responses Hyperlink (Doc ID 3075797.1)

Symptoms

Users create a Pre-Qualification questionnaire for which the suppliers respond. When
querying this response in the 'Pre-Qualification and Evaluation Assessment' Responses hyperlink,
the contact column does not show the name of supplier contact but show a different user.

However when querying the assessment directly by clicking on the Assessment hyperlink and the
supplier tab, the correct value is shown in the supplier tab. Issue is only when clicking on the
response hyperlink.

STEPS
1. Navigate to New Supplier Requests from the Suppliers page.
2. Access a Request and click on the Review page.
3. In the 'Pre-Qualification and Evaluation Assessment' details section.
4. Open the Assessment Responses hyperlink
5. Contact shows an incorrect name and not related to supplier
