Lease Creation API Does Not Populate Data In The Fin_gross_rou_amount And Fin_accum_amort_amount Columns (Doc ID 3075827.1)

Symptoms


When creating a Draft lease using the API, the create_terms procedure does not insert data in the colums fin_gross_rou_amount and fin_accum_amort_amount
although the columns were properly populated in the structure.  There is no issue when adding the lease via the form.

The issue can be reproduced at will by calling pn_lease_pub.create_lease ensuring that lv_lease_payment_term_rec.fin_gross_rou_amount and lv_lease_payment_term_rec.fin_accum_amort_amount are populated
