Getting an ORA-06508 Error When Trying to Open a Service Contract for Update (Doc ID 3075868.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to 12.2.13, when attempting to open a contract for update, the following error occurs.

Upon checking, the package body OKC_DELIVERABLE_PROCESS_PVT (OKCVDPRB.pls) is invalid.

ERROR
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called in Package OKC_TERMS_VERSION_GRP Pocedure Delete_Doc_Version

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a Service Contract.
2. Click the "Open for Update" button.
3. Receive the indicated error.

Changes

 Applied the 12.2.13 patch. This issue might occur with other patches as well.
