Symptoms

Attempting to upload data using a WebADI template to upload data and the following error is seen on screen:

Script Error
An error has occurred in the script on this page

The specific error noted in the message can be "Syntax Error" or "Invalid Character".
The URL contains apm-agt in it indicating that Applications Performance Monitoring (APM) is being used.


STEPS
-------
1) Using a responsibility with access to create and upload a WebADI template.
2) Create the WebADI template and enter data needing to be uploaded.
3) Select Upload.
4) The error is then displayed on screen.
