Supplier Merge failing when Source and Target Parties exist on same Contract

ERROR

MSG-05070: Error in After Report Trigger
REP-1419: 'afterreport': PL/SQL program aborted.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Go to Lease Super User Responsibility
2. Create Contract where both Source Party and Target Party exists
3. Run the Program Supplier Merge for Source (From) Party and Target (To) Party
