Symptoms

Supplier Balance Dashboard shows no data, even after the Payable Data Load program completes normal

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to ECC responsibility
2. Go to Payable Dashboard > Supplier Balance
3. No Data is fetching
