Symptoms

Oracle XML Gateway Inbound PO ASN not working

No data coming to  deferred queue /ecx inbound queue

ECX agent listeners ,OTA are up and running

Inbound flow is as follows:

1. Message not enqueued to ecx_inqueue by OTA.
2. No data in  ecx_inqueue hence  ecx_transaction queue has no data populated.
3. The ECX transaction agent listener triggers the subscription which moves the data into the open interface tables. No data in interface tables
