Unable To Manually Add Requisition To Split Distributions On Autocreate Or Createdoc POs (Doc ID 3076409.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to add new requisitions to distributions on Autocreate or Create document Purchase Orders. 
After Patch 36009891 application, the requisition field in distribution details is non-editable. 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
In Buyer Work Center, create a PO from a Requisition.
Add Requisition to Document builder.
PO has been created from the requisition.
View of distribution 1 on line 1 of the PO. Requisition field on the original distribution is non-editable, which would make sense as the PO was created from this requisition.
PO has been submitted and approved.
Locate the PO again, to initiate a new revision to add a new requisition to a new distribution.
Update PO.
Split distribution 1 on line 1. 
Requisition is read-only, unable to change the requisition and requisition line. In the past, this field on a new-split distribution was editable.
