When attempting to access MES workstation, the following error occurs.
Function not available for this responsibility. Change responsibilities or contact your System Administrator.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: MES Administrator
2. Trying to update Global Actions
3. Get the error message
