Service Requests should be autoclosed when all the associated child objects are closed. Service Requests are not getting automatically closed after processing Charges and closure of the Tasks in scenarios where the service request has multiple charge lines with some lines integrated to OM to generate charges and some lines designated as No Charge/Free of Charge (FOC).

Expect the Service Requests to be automatically closed when all the associated child objects are closed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Customer Support (R)
2) Access the Service Request with some Charge lines integrated to OM and some lines designated as No Charge/Free of Charge (FOC).
3) Ensure that the Charges are processed and the Tasks are closed.
2) The Service Request is not automatically closed.
