Implemented ECCv13 and some data loads are failing with the following error:

There is an error while trying to ingest data for this load rule GMO_ECC_UTIL_PVT.GET_ECC_DATA_LOAD_INFO with dataset gmo-batch-new for job 41,395 ORA-00904: "VIEW_HAS_FAILED_CHECK_LOG_FILE": invalid identifier oracle.ecc.index.update.services.impl.DataLoadControllerServiceImpl.applyLoadRuleDetail(DataLoadControllerServiceImpl.java:2299) oracle.ecc.index.update.services.impl.DataLoadControllerServiceImpl.invokeDataLoad(DataLoadControllerServiceImpl.java:2003) oracle.ecc.index.update.services.impl.DataLoadControllerServiceImpl.loadDataForDataset(DataLoadControllerServiceImpl.java:697) oracle.ecc.index.update.services.impl.IRDataLoadServiceImpl.startJob(IRDataLoadServiceImpl.java:1064)

This can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Under Production Supervisor, navigate to Process Manufacturing Command Center
2. Run request "Process Manufacturing Command Center Data Load"
