Symptoms

Projects G-Invoicing ECC Data Load is failing with error in the log:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12899: value too large for column "PA"."PA_IGT_PROJ_LOAD_HEADER"."REQ_AGENCY_LOC_NAME" (actual: 33, maximum: 30)
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PA_ECC_IGT_PKG", line 5418
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PA_ECC_IGT_PKG", line 5130
ORA-06512: at line 1

Steps:
1. Go to G-Invoicing ECC Application from ECC Developer Responsibility.

2. Run the load program then check the log.
