Cost Information Missing In the ABC Compile for Process Manufacturing (OPM) Organizations Even Though OPM Cost Update Has Been Run (Doc ID 3076628.1)

Symptoms

There are items that are part of ABC compile name in a Process Organization (OPM). User compiles this particular compile name, the total value is showing as 0.
This is also seen from the ABC descending value report where it is also has 0 value. OPM cost update has been run and records exist in the OPM gl_item_cst table.

 
STEPS
--------
 
1. Ran can cost update related process (eg GMFCUPD: OPM Cost Update Program) from responsibility 'OPM Financials > Cost Update' to update
standard cost related information.

2. Create an ABC compile in the OPM organization with following details:
(Responsibility: Inventory > ABC Codes > ABC Compiles)

Compile name: XXX
 
---content scope----
* Organization

---validation scope----
* Organization

---compile specification-----
* Criterion Current on hand value
* cost type STND

3. Check compile results and notice the following:

compile date 09-JAN-2025
status complete
number of items xxx
total quantity yyyy
total value 0

a. You can see the total value of 0.
