RXi: Retirement Report Cannot be Submitted, Produces Error "APP-FND-01050: This flexfield cannot be opened because it has no displayed segments" (Doc ID 3076639.1)

When attempting to run the RXi: Retirement Report, it will not submit and displays the following error:

APP-FND-01050: This flexfield cannot be opened because it has no displayed segments. Please contact your system administrator.

Modify your flexfield definition to display one or more segments. This may also be caused by incorrect use of the DISPLAY= token to the flexfield user exits in the form. In that case, please contact your support representative.

Enter value in segment Company before entering value in Cost Center segment.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Responsibility:  Any Responsibility which can run Assets report.

Menu path:  Other -- Requests -- Run

1. Attempt to submit the  Rxi: Retirements report.
