Symptoms

When running Inflation Accounting : Backlog Detail Report(GBP) and  Inflation Accounting : Revaluation Reserve Detail Report (GBP) in the reports outputs there are unbalanced transactions displayed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Fixed asset responsibility
2. Run Inflation Accounting : Backlog Detail Report(GBP) or Inflation Accounting : Revaluation Reserve Detail Report (GBP)
3. Check the reports outputs , unbalanced transactions appears
