On : 12.2.10 version, ECO

ENGFDECN view approval status - an unexpected error occurred while checking for the approval status

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
ECO submitted for approval. Navigate>Tools>View Approvals click button 'Status' receive error message


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view approval status for ECO.
