Employee Details Report Output for the EEO-1 State Specific Establishment Report doesn't Match US_EEO1_JOB_CATEGORIES (Doc ID 3077335.1)

Incorrect Job Codes are shown in the EEO-1 State Specific Establishment Report - Employee Details Report Output.
For example, a Job associated with Job Code Sales Worker get changed from Code 4 to Code 5 in the report output. Code 5 in the lookup US_EEO1_JOB_CATEGORIES isn't associated with a Sales Worker. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Responsibility: US Super HRMS Manager.
   
   
2. Navigate: Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > EEO-1 State Specific Establishment Report.
    
3.  Enter Parameters:
    State: CA.
    Create Employee Details Report: Yes.
