When Using the API to Add a Payment Term, ATTRIBUTE1..ATTRIBUTE15 Values Copy Into PROJECT_ATTRIBUTE1 To PROJECT_ATTRIBUTE15 (Doc ID 3077519.1)

Symptoms

Project attributes are not copied correctly when the lease is created via public API.  ATTRIBUTE1..ATTRIBUTE15 values copy into PROJECT_ATTRIBUTE1 to PROJECT_ATTRIBUTE15

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a new term using API# PN_LEASE_PUB.CREATE_TERMS by populating the mandatory attributes for API along with any one of ATTRIBUTE1...ATTRIBUTE15
2) Observe after invoking the API, verify in PN_PAYMENT_TERMS_ALL table for the newly term and found that ATTRIBUTE1..ATTRIBUTE15 values copied into PROJECT_ATTRIBUTE1 to PROJECT_ATTRIBUTE15
