Symptoms

When attempting to update existing seeded Service Types the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
FRM-40735: ON-UPDATE trigger raised unhandled exception
ORA-04062: signature of package "APPS.CSD_REPAIR_TYPES_PKG" has been changed



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Depot Repair Super User
Navigation: Depot Repair > Setup > Service Orders > Service Types
Try to update any field for a seeded Service Type and the error occurs
