Incorrect Rounding of Tax Amount When Using 50 Percent Recoverable Taxes (Doc ID 3077604.1)

Symptoms

The system is not rounding the tax amount value as per the rounding setup, when using 50% recoverable taxes.

Issue Scenario:
============
Invoice line Amount = 43861
Tax Applicable = 18%
Recovery Percent = 50
Rounding Rule =  Nearest Rupee
Rounding Factor = 1

Expected total Tax Amount = 43861 * 18% = 7894.98 ==> Rounded Value = 7895.
However system created two invoice lines of type MISCELLANEOUS with total of 7896.
