GL ECC Account Analysis Page Rendering Has Slow Performance And the Network Diagram Is Not Appearing (Doc ID 3077720.1)

Symptoms

In GL Enterprise Command Center (ECC), the Account Analysis page rendering is taking longtime, anywhere from 3 to 5 minutes to open the dashboard with charts and data.

The Network Diagram is also not appearing from the Account Analysis Dashboard after clicking on the Network Diagram icon.
