Symptoms

When setting up the Holiday Calendar, there is no list of values in the Earning Type field.

Errors - APP-HXT-39163: FRM-41830: List of values contains no entries

Steps to reproduce

  1. Log into an Oracle Time and Labor responsibility
  2. Navigate to Element Time Information >  Earning Category
  3. Create Holiday Calendar
  4. No List of Values (LOV) Available Under Earning Type Field
  5. Receive the following error:
