Unable To Perform Subinventory Transfer Due To LPN Stuck In Context "Packing Context" But Onhand Showing As Available In Material Workbench Form (Doc ID 3077826.1)

Symptoms

During the Subinventory Transfer when the user enters the item, subinventory, and locator then the Onhand showing as 1 but it is not available to transact.

Even in the material workbench form,Onhand is showing as 1 but available to transact showing as zero and LPN context shows as "Packing Context".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Inventory Responsibility
2. Go to Transactions -> Subinventory Transfer
3. Try to transfer the item as per the requirement and observe that the Available is showing as zero but onhand is showing as 1.
