R12: OIE: Expense Reports That Require Multi Level Approvals Cannot Be Approved in the Mobile Application (Doc ID 3077905.1)

Symptoms

If an expense reports requires multi-level approvals but the Approvals Management Engine (AME) is not used for approvals, the second level approver is not able to approve the expense report in the Mobile Application.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an expense report for an amount that requires 2 different approvals
2. The first approver approves the expense report in the Mobile Application.
3. The second approver cannot approve the expense report in the Mobile Application. They can use the Web based program for the approval.
