R12: FA: Asset Key Data Not Showing Up In Command Center (Doc ID 3077937.1)

In the Asset Command Center, the asset key data are not showing up in the section at the bottom of the page.
The asset key is showing up correctly in the core Assets module so looking for assistance in determining why the command center is not showing up these values.

Steps:
1. From a responsibility with access to Fix Asset Command Center.
2. Select Asset Cost tab.
3. Asset Key column is empty. 


The problem is with the following view:
APPS.FA_ECC_F_ASSET_V

It is looking only at the first 3 segments for the asset key in FA_ASSET_KEYWORDS. Here is the problematic part of the code:
