Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to cancel Model Line having an ATO config line at "Production Open" status,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
An error occurred because the line workflow is not in the expected status.
An internal error occurred while delinking the configuration item

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

  1. Via the Order Management Responsibility
  2. Navigate: Order Organizer
  3. Query up the Sales Order
  4. Navigate to Lines tab
  5. Do Actions > Cancel
