Getting below error when trying to open supplier page from a custom responsibility:

You have insufficient privileges for the current operation.Please contact your system administrator.

or:

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to custom responsibility;
2. Choose Supplier > Entry;
3. See error.
