Symptoms

When attempting to load the iProcurement dataset incrementally, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-00904: 'REQUISITION_TYPE' : Invalid identifier

400 Bad Request: {"title":"Not Authorized to access dataset due to:No function from [ICX_ECC_DEST] is available to currently logged in responsibility id. Try logging in with the right responsibility.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Log into E-Business Suite.
2. Open ECC Developer responsibility
3. Run incremental load.
