Tax amount added in the "Taxes" form is not coming in the BOE header for a particular tax type.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Oracle Financials for India responsibility.
2. Transactions-> Enter Bill of Entry.
3. Enter a new BOE.
4. Click on the Lines button and add Tax category.
5. Click on the Taxes button to review the applied taxes.
6. Tax amount in the BOE header is not matching with the Taxes form.
