Frequently Encountering "Web Bridge Failure" Error in G-invoicing (Doc ID 3078576.1)

Symptoms

It is frequently encountering performance delay and follow with "Web Bridge Failure" error when performing below tasks in G-Invoicing

- Creating IGT Requisition
- During data entry of IGT Order
- Query IGT Requisition or IGT Award
- Submitting Award for approval or query a Award or save a Award

Here below are steps for scenario of updating IGT Order

1. Login to E-Business Suite with CLM Purchasing Super User
2. Navigation = Buyer Work Center > Awards > IGT Orders
3. Query existing INCOMPLETE IGT Order and open IGT Order in UPDATE mode
4. Make change to the IGT Order
5. Clicking on Save button is taking about 4 to 5 minutes. Then it ends with "Web Bridge Failure" error
