Order Lines are Pick Released However Pick Slip Report is Blank (Doc ID 3078613.1)

Symptoms

Setup two new inventory items where the order lines are showing as pick released.
However, the Pick Slip Report for these lines is blank and not displaying the new inventory items as being pick released.
Comparing the new items to the other items on the sales order, there are no differences.

Expectation is that the items would be displayed on the Pick Slip Report after Pick Release completed.


Steps

1. Inventory Responsibility
2. Setup new inventory items
3. OM Responsibility
4. Enter and book sales order for new items.
5. Shipping > Release Sales Orders
6. Pick slip report is not showing lines for new items
