ARXCWMAI: Unable to Find Receivables Transaction in Account Details Form, But Can Drill Down to Transaction from Another Transaction Number

Symptoms
When querying for a Transaction Number in the Account Details Form (ARXCWMAI), the following message is showing:
Transaction can be found when querying directly in Transaction Form (ARXTWMAI).
When querying for another Transaction Number that is found in Account Details, and pressing Details button, Transactions Form is opened and shows the initial Transaction Number that cannot be found in Account Details Form.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Account Details
1. Query for Transaction Number A > Error message is displayed
2. Query for Transaction Number B > Press Details button
3. Transactions form shows Transaction Number A
