Symptoms
Last service date in PM Schedule header not updating when manual work order completed.
The issue is happening when Last Service date at PM Schedule header is present for Activity 1 and we are completing a manual WO for another activity.
For example, WO for activity 1 was completed on 07-JAN-2025 and WO for activity 2 was completed on 01-JAN-2025. So PM schedule header says Last service date is 07-JAN-2025.
Now a manual WO is completed for Activity 2 on 14-JAN-2025.
PM schedule activity line level shows last service date is 14-JAN-2025 which is correct.
But the Last Service Date at header level still shows 07-JAN-2025.
Due to this, next forecasting is coming incorrect.
When the users manually change any field in PM schedule (like Effective date or Work order status Unreleased to Released), then header level Last service date changes to latest value.
But the header last service date should be updated as soon as manual WO gets completed.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Maintenance Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to Work Orders (WO) tab.
3. Query WO
4. Complete WO. (manual WO)
5. Enterprise Asset Management responsibility
6. Preventive Maintenance > Schedule Definition
7. Query the schedule and see the last service date discrepancy from the header and the activity level. (the header keeps the previous date but it is changed at the activity line level correctly)
