Process 'Participation Audit Activity Purge' Does Not Stop Error "FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20001: BEN_92651_LOG_TABLE_FULL: N, TABLE_NAME, BEN_BATCH_COMMU_INFO" (Doc ID 3079564.1)

Symptoms

Initially, while Running "Recalculate Participant Values" process seeing the following error.

 

ERROR:
ORACLE error 20001 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20001: BEN_92651_LOG_TABLE_FULL: N, TABLE_NAME, BEN_BATCH_COMMU_INFO
ORA-06512: at "APPS_APPLMGR.FND_MESSAGE", line 509
ORA-06512: at "APPS_APPLMGR.BEN_MANAGE_LIFE_EVENTS", line 3674

After running process "Participation Audit Activity Purge", all tables cleared from the error when running "Recalculate Participant Values", with the exception of BEN_BATCH_COMMU_INFO.

 

Please note: The initial runs of the "Recalculate Participant Values" process also included errors on tables: BEN_REPORTING, BEN_BATCH_RANGES, BEN_BATCH_ELIG_INFO, as well as BEN_BATCH_COMMU_INFO



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to US Super HRMS Manager > Processes and Reports > Submit Single Request.
2. Run "Recalculate Participant Values" process with appropriate parameters.
     Make sure Audit Log is set to 'Y' and Person Type is left blank.
3. Review process log:
     - See above error.
