When attempting to terminate a person who has direct reportees before the future dated assignment change, the following error occurs when the final approver attempts to approve the notification

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login as the Manager.
2. Navigate to Manager Self-Service > Termination.
3. Click on action against an employee who has people reporting to him.
4. If the person has future dated assignment changes from 1-Dec-2025, then Information "Please enter an Effective Date on or after 1-Dec-2025" would get displayed. Still select todays date i.e., 7-Apr-2025 and click Continue.
5. Enter the terminate dates and Click Next.
6. In the Termination : Change Manager page, select the new manager and click on Assign to All and then click on Next.
7. Click on Submit in the Termination : Review page.
8. Login as the Managers Supervisor and click on the notification from the Worklist.
9. The below error is displayed at the top of the page.
    There are future-dated changes to the person's record. You cannot complete this action in SSHR. Contact your HR Representative to update the record.
10. Despite the error the person is above to approve.
11. It’s the same behavior for all the approvers up until it reaches the final approver.
12. But the final approver alone is not able to approve the notification and terminate the person.
