Symptoms

When trying to execute DOR API, following error appears

ERROR

ORA-20001: Invalid value for DOCUMENT_TYPE_ID. The value must exist in HR_DOCUMENT_TYPES.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to database using SQL Developer.

2. Create DOR by calling API "hr_document_extra_info_api.create_doc_extra_info".

3. Encounter the above error.
