Expected Item Numbers Are Not Available In the Item LOV On The Service Request (Doc ID 3079940.1)

Symptoms

An Inventory Item was added to the Service Request and was later removed.
When trying select a different inventory item to add to the incident,the expected item is not available to be selected in the list of values.


Steps
----------
1. Field Service Responsibility
2. My Service Requests > Find Service Requests
3. Search and Open a Service Request
4. Clear the Item Field
5. Search for a different item and expected values are not available in the LOV
