Symptoms


After upgrade on the offer page when user select Phase = "CHRM Off-invoice" -Incompatibility populated automatically to ="Exclusive Group" instead of being blank.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Oracle Trade Management Responsibility
3. Navigate to Offers page
4. select Phase = "CHRM Off-invoice" system auto populates the Incompatibility ="Exclusive Group".
